Sparking Unity: 'Qilong Play, Sharing Joy' Team-building Event Delivers Fun

In the midst of busy work schedules, QiLong Amusement equipment Co.Ltd organized a themed indoor team-building event titled "Qilong Play, Sharing Joy" to create a vibrant atmosphere of passion, responsibility, and happiness, aiming to relieve work stress. The destination was set at the luxurious party venue, QingShe Club, located in Wenzhou Shangen Music Art Town. This initiative sought to enrich employees' leisure time, enhance departmental cohesion, promote teamwork, and ultimately improve customer service.

First Segment: Team-building Games

On the event day, participants arrived promptly, eager to engage in playful activities. To foster interaction among new employees and inject excitement into the event, challenging and entertaining team games were organized. Participants were randomly divided into four groups to tackle various competitive challenges that tested their physical stamina, adaptability, and teamwork skills. The spirit of unity and cooperation was evident as all participants immersed themselves in the engaging games.

Game 1: Blindfolded Ball Passing

Teams competed by passing a ball while blindfolded, relying solely on touch to complete the task. Points were awarded based on the number of successful passes, emphasizing the importance of coordination and communication within teams.

Game 2: Charades Guessing Game

Participants engaged in a charades-style activity where gestures and limited verbal cues were used to convey words or phrases from randomly drawn cards. Teams earned points based on the number of correct guesses, encouraging quick thinking and effective communication.

Game 3: Name That Tune

In this musical challenge, teams competed to identify song titles and lyrics based on short audio snippets, showcasing their musical knowledge and teamwork under pressure.

After the conclusion of the music guessing game, scores from all three games were tallied. The group with the lowest score faced a light-hearted penalty—group members collectively performing a dance routine. Laughter filled the air as this segment ended on a high note, reinforcing the sense of team spirit and cooperation among all participants.

Second Segment: Hotpot and BBQ Feast

The second segment of the team-building event featured an unlimited hotpot and barbecue feast, igniting everyone's enthusiasm for delicious food. The eagerness and camaraderie displayed during this culinary experience highlighted the genuine, warm, and friendly nature of the Qilong team.
